Buyers are being sought for two of the major players in the care sector.

 

Private equity firm Advent International recently announced it was about to enter talks to buy Craegmoor Healthcare for £300m.

 

In a separate development, Four Seasons Health Care, one of the two biggest care providers in the UK, has been put up for sale by its backers, the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA).
